How will I help?
As a Digital Personalisation Producer , you will play a key role in producing and optimising personalised customer experiences across our banking apps and digital communication channels. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed with accuracy, adhere to governance standards, and align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to interpret and validate briefs, respond to and manage enquiries in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
- Identify the appropriate AAM populations (or bespoke segments) and escalate issues to Digital Analytics and Group Data where necessary
- Author and publish experiences via Adobe Experience Manager, Target, and Group platforms, including ‘smart’ landing page variants
- Test campaign configuration across brands, APIs, pre- and post-production environments, cloud technologies, and various device hardware and OS versions
- Work with technical teams and release trains to support personalisation capability rollout across the Group while minimising campaign downtime
- Ensure all assets are consistent in brand look and feel and suitable for all formats, executions, and platforms
- Conduct thorough quality assurance testing and reporting of experiences while adhering to standard operating procedures and governance frameworks
- Ensure test configuration follows strict risk controls to prevent unintended or restricted audience targeting
- Manage project schedules, external milestones, deliverables, dependencies, stakeholder engagement, and approval stage gates
- Use Adobe Experience Cloud and internal platforms to produce, test, publish, and measure digital experiences

What do I need?
Required Skills:
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
- In-depth technical understanding of personalised campaigns using defined data sets and variable-based content sets, along with segment and 1:1 audiences
- Advanced use of Adobe Target, Experience Manager, Audience Manager, and Campaign production environments
- Proficient use of Adobe Analytics, JIRA, HTML, JSON, and internal Westpac platforms
- Strong understanding of experience configuration and QA that leverage APIs, cloud technologies, device, and OS types
- Agile principles and scrum methodology experience
Performance Measures:
- Delivering experiences that align with digital sales and service objectives
- Online banking metrics, including visits, clicks, conversion, and % contribution to total digital sales or service
- Customer experience and NPS
- Effective relationships with key stakeholders
