The Opportunity…
We are seeking a Program Services Manager to lead estimating, scheduling, quality, document control, and project control functions. Drawing on your expertise in project management, client relationships, and the civil industry, this role will drive seamless project execution by optimising strategic direction through data analysis and process evaluation across the program services function. Based in Beenleigh, the position involves collaborating with internal and external teams, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to ensure smooth transitions into business-as-usual operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader focused on client satisfaction, quality control, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the program control's function, driving service improvement initiatives and ensuring adherence to service quality standards across capital works projects.
- Oversee the development and management of project estimating, scheduling, and cost controls for a $50m+ portfolio, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring client needs are met and service delivery expectations are exceeded.
- Drive continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of operational efficiencies, process enhancements, and innovation across the program.
- Monitor and report on key project metrics, providing guidance to teams and senior management to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget.

- Tertiary qualification in Engineering or equivalent experience in service management leading multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven experience in program management with a strong understanding estimating, budgeting and lean 6 sigma.
- Experience implementing audit compliance processes, risk management processes in an estimating environment.
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and construction software experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership capabilities, with a commitment to driving team development through individual growth.
