The Role
This senior role within the business has come about as a result of succession planning combined with an appetite for further steady growth in order to continue to cement their reputation within the market.
One of the founding Directors is working towards retirement over the coming 2-3 years, and so they are looking to mentor and develop you into a position to step into their role.
As a result, there will be opportunities to work towards equity and a position as a Director with a stake in the business - and all of the rewards and professional challenges that come with this!
The Responsibilities and Requirements
This role will suit an ambitious person who values their reputation in the industry and who has the drive and desire to be a leader within an already very successful business.
You will have extensive experience within the NSW Traffic Engineering market and will be someone who clients will know and trust. You will want to mentor and develop other members of staff and to add real value to the team.
