Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Appointment Coordinator to join their growing team in Aspley! This is a newly created role designed to focus on scheduling and managing appointments for their sales team. As the first person in this position, you’ll play a key role in driving our sales success while ensuring a smooth and efficient appointment process.What You’ll Do:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for the sales team
- Ensure high-quality appointments by focusing on customer engagement and appointment show-ups
- Track appointment outcomes and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to support their scheduling needs
- Achieve individual targets and contribute to the broader success of the sales department
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Motivated and driven, with the ability to meet performance targets
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive base salary of $75,000 + OTE of $150,000 with commission based on appointment show-ups
- Full-time, Monday to Friday position
