ABOUT US
Cricket NSW (CNSW) is focused on leading and growing the game throughout the state. We oversee all cricket from elite professional teams to community, school, and social cricket programs. As a purpose and people led organisation, CNSW aims to inspire everyone to play and love cricket.
Our Wildly Important Goal (WIG) is to grow the number of 5-12-year-olds playing cricket. To deliver on our WIG and strategic priorities we have a collaborative, customer-centric approach. We use our values; Humility, Excellence, Imagination and Relationships to deliver memorable experiences to participants and fans.
ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you'll be responsible for delivering a world-class, high-performance environment that drives individual and team success for our elite female cricketers at Cricket NSW. You will:
- Be a role model for the Cricket NSW values
- Create strategies for the development of current and future leaders
- Design and execute a world-class program for the NSW Women's squad
- Clearly articulate a vision of success for the program and establish short and long-term goals for the group
- Build positive relationships with key stakeholders
ABOUT YOU
- Extensive experience in elite cricket programs
- Extensive knowledge of the Australian Cricket landscape
- Elite level technical and tactical knowledge
- Strong leadership skills and ability to build relationships
- Strong communication skills
