The team

This role provides administrative support to our Audit team. The Audit Administration team currently comprises of five team members who support the six partners and 39 auditors in adding value to our clients’ businesses.

The role

The role of an Administrator at AFS is to provide administrative support within our audit and contracting departments. This involves providing necessary assistance to ensure deadlines are met and the end-to-end client service experience is delivered in line with AFS’s client first focus.

As an Audit Administrator, you will:

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure client deliverables are completed
  • Schedule meetings, appointments and trainings
  • Generate draft documents using the firm’s software and document management systems
  • Assist with the submission of half yearly and year end reports with ASIC
  • Organise accommodation for audit and contracting visits requiring travel
  • Organise reimbursement for team member travel expenses
  • Review and format reports prepared by the audit and contracting teams
  • Provide clients with status updates and industry updates for upcoming Committee meetings
  • Assist the wider team with various administrative tasks
  • Exhibit strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written, in all interactions
  • Be a point of contact for clients, providing professional assistance

  • has previous exposure to document control duties/tasks (preferred but not essential);
