- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in intermediate to advanced computer skills; experience with simPRO is a plus.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including emails and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries, scheduling service calls, accurately recording job details.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of projects.
- Uphold confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:
