About the Role:

New Aim is currently seeking a results-driven Channel Growth Support member to assist a Channel Growth Manager in the management of a portfolio of strategic and core channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Channel Growth Support

  • Assist Channel Growth Managers in executing channel growth initiatives, including promotion strategy, deal selection and channel optimisation strategies.
  • Gather and analyse channel data to identify trends, provide insights and contribute to strategic decision making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including category management, customer service, operations and analytics to drive channel growth.

2. Channel Operations & Execution

  • Assist Channel Growth Managers in daily channel operations, including but not limited to, ensuring product availability, maximising/optimising channel listings and successful running of promotions.
  • Prepare and analyse reports on channel performance during commercial campaigns and promotions.
  • Maintain documentation of channel features and all required information.

Desired Background:

  • Experience: at least 1-2 years of experience in sales co-ordination or operations support roles with exposure to retail or eCommerce preferred, but not required.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyse data, extract insights, and make informed recommendations to optimize channel performance.
  • Problem Solving: Able to navigate challenges and take initiative to break down complex, ambiguous challenges into clear, actionable steps to drive growth.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with solid attention to detail.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong ability to liaise and work with internal teams and channel partners.
  • Self-Starter Attitude: Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast paced environment.
