Position Overview:
Reporting to the Central Support Manager complete daily operational delivery for CHM’s contracts. All service delivery is to exceed our clients and customers expectations. This role requires strong communication skills, time management and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for CHM inquiries
- Collaborate closely with the contract management team
- Maintain and update client systems and databases
- Manage database operations efficiently
- Contact clients to offer services and support
- Implement service delivery activities comprehensively
- Maintain accurate contract records and filing systems (electronic and/or hard copy)
- Manage, order, and update consumables, stock, and equipment
- Perform data entry and generate reports as necessary
- Handle basic office management duties
- Schedule and coordinate health practitioners for service delivery
- Actively pursue process improvement initiatives across all contracts
- Collect and process both internal and external email requests
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong multitasking skills
- Strong communications skills, both verbal and written
- A proactive approach to everyday situations
- Ability to prioritise and manage time well
- High level of attention to detail
- Systems experience (MS Office suite), and ability to pick up new systems quickly
- 2 years of customer service / office management or call centre experience
