We are seeking a really unique person……Our ideal potential team member is an energetic, effervescent, customer and solution focused sales professional who loves nothing more than talking to people (oh, and just happens to love detailed technical products).

Our ideal candidate will enjoy a dynamic and fast paced environment where every call is different and requires varying levels of support and knowledge. You will be working closely with your internal sales colleagues as well as our on the road and in-house business development teams to ensure our customers remain loyal by being provided with exceptional customer service and sales advice.

The ability to flex quickly is paramount and keeps things fun and interesting!

A bit about the role:

Specific responsibilities will include (but are not limited to because we believe the role with grow with you!):

  • Attending to incoming sales enquiries (both from customers and our broader sales teams)
  • Offering innovative solutions to our customer needs
  • Creating accurate quotations, maximising all sales opportunities
  • Following up on all sales enquiries and quotes to maximise sales order opportunities
  • Capturing important sales and query activity information in our customer relationship management system
  • Establishing relationships with suppliers
  • Leading the charge to ensure our customers, sales team and sales delivery is underpinned by exceptional service

To be successful you will:

  • Demonstrate a high degree of flexibility with job tasks and display an ability to multi task
  • Communicate efficiently and effectively within a salesand service focused team environment.
  • Have experience using the MS Office suite of products and/or exposure to using a CRM and ERP
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
