About AMIGA Montessori

AMIGA Montessori is a family-run and rapidly expanding organisation. With 15 centres (and counting), we provide quality education and care for children aged 6 weeks to six years in purpose-built facilities. Our holistic educational program is grounded in Montessori principles—covering practical life, sensory experiences, mathematics, culture, and language—while being guided by the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Start Part-Time (32 hours/week), with the opportunity to move to Full-Time as our occupancy grows

About the Role

We’re excited to announce our soon-to-open Officer Fields centre and are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Centre Chef to join our team. In this key role, you will:

  • Develop and implement rotating seasonal menus.
  • Cater for children with allergies and dietary intolerances.
  • Support a high-quality, interactive childcare environment.
  • Start at 32 hours per week, with the potential to increase to Full-Time as our enrolments grow.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Food Safety and Food Handling certifications
  • Relevant culinary qualification
  • Food Supervisor Certificate
