In this role, you’ll report to our Sales Manager, gaining the skills to identify new business prospects, master the art of negotiation, and provide tailored solutions to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to understand their specific needs, preferences, and functional requirements for a custom shed
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, materials, and construction techniques to effectively educate customers on the available option
Collaborate with customers to co-create custom shed designs, considering factors such as size, style, color, accessories, and functionality
Provide a transparent quotations based on the customised designs discussed with customers, ensuring clarity on pricing, timelines, and any additional services.
Conduct engaging and informative presentations to showcase our past projects, highlight the quality of our materials, and illustrate the value proposition of choosing Shed Bonanza for their custom shed needs
Foster strong relationships with customers by maintaining regular communication throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, and providing updates on project timelines
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging customer preferences to contribute valuable insights for continuous improvement
Hybrid Work Arrangement:
Upon successfully completing your probationary period, you’ll have the option for a hybrid work arrangement. This arrangement encompasses 3 days in the office and 2 days working from the comfort of your home. The in-office days will be divided between various business locations, including Narre Warren as primary location and Bayswater and Dandenong in store respresentation. Flexibility in terms of work location is expected from Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Education & Experience:
3-5 years sales experience (pool sales experience advantageous)
Proven customer service experience.
Flexibility to work in-office and remotely.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
Excellent telephone etiquette.
Competency in administration and data entry.
Reliable transportation.
Sales / Permit experience in Swimming Pools or Garages would be advantageous.
