A bit about the role
The Recruitment Partner is key to driving meaningful employment outcomes for participants within our program. You’ll be at the forefront of connecting job seekers with local employers by leveraging your business development skills to identify and secure job placements that are both sustainable and aligned with participants’ skills and career goals.
In this role, your success will come from building and nurturing strong, mutually beneficial relationships with employers. You’ll proactively engage with businesses to deeply understand their resourcing needs, and work diligently to match them with the right candidates. This involves not just filling vacancies, but ensuring a long-term fit that supports the growth and development of both the employer and the job seeker.
You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to employers, providing them with tailored solutions to their recruitment challenges and helping them tap into a diverse and motivated talent pool. Your ability to broker these relationships, alongside your commitment to fostering positive outcomes for participants, will play a critical role in the overall success of the program.
Key requirements:
- Certificate IV in Mental Health, Youth Work, Community Services, Career Development (highly desirable)
- Proven experience in job seeker service delivery and mentoring
- Exceptional ability to develop and maintain employer relationships and determine key decision-makers.
- Strong administration skills with competency in all Microsoft Office applications
