Off the back of their success in this space they have now moved into the retirement living space have just been appointed exclusively on a major luxury project.
As a result, they now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven retirement living Sales Manager to make some serious money. The Retirement Living Sales Manager will lead the sales efforts for the retirement living project by engaging with potential clients, organizing regular events, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire sales process.
Supported by an accomplished Managing Director and Sales Manager that has a creative, inclusive vision for their team and the business, this is an opportunity to be involved with this newly founded division from the very beginning. The Position
In the role of Retirement Living Sales Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential residents, families, and referral partners
- Provide accurate, detailed information about the project and the benefits of retirement living to meet sales targets
- Host, present, and represent the organization at events, seminars, expos, and information sessions to engage with prospects and promote the project
- Conduct tours and on-site presentations, showcasing the project and its features.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the project's unique selling points and competitive advantages
- Collaborate with the sales and research teams to develop training materials and refine the sales approach
- Share sales strategies, ideas, and insights with the team to enhance overall performance
- Manage the transition of reservations into formal contracts, ensuring smooth processes
- Liaise with solicitors, purchasers, and vendors to maintain data integrity and facilitate contract management
- Track contracts throughout the sales process, keeping stakeholders informed with timely updates
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Retirement Living Sales Manager will have:
- Previous Retirement Living Sales experience IS A MUST
- Ideally a knowledge of the OTP Sales process
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration and/or Real Estate Licence
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPI's
- Ability to negotiate strongly and close sales
- A superior communicator who thrives on building relationships
- Highly adaptable and flexible, especially during peak demand periods
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on customer service
- Solution-driven and able to perform effectively under pressure
