The Role:
We are seeking a Mobile Service Coordinator to manage site visits for inspections, maintenance, and repairs to shipping containers around Melbourne metro area. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong manufacturing knowledge, welding skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess maintenance and repair needs.
• Report scope of work and recommendations to management.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and repairs as required.
• Assist with project installations and demobilisations.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Build customer rapport by providing professional service and proactive communication.
• Identify and suggest improvements to enhance work quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and company guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong background in manufacturing, fabrication, or welding.
• Experience in site-based inspections and maintenance work.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to assess repair needs accurately.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while keeping management informed.
• A proactive mindset with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
