Global Skills is currently seeking a Customer Support Officer based at our Liverpool Office .
Some of the Customer Support Officer duties include:
- Greeting job seekers upon their arrival
- Assisting job seekers with scheduling appointments, job search, and any general enquiries
- Assisting the team with administrative duties as required
Successful candidates for these roles will:
- Share our commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service
- Have a passion for helping others and making a difference
- Possess exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport
- Possess good administrative and computer skills
- Take pride in assisting customers and helping resolve queries in a first point of contact role
- Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
- Be eligible to work in Australia
- Be expected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
- Experience in Employment Services (jobactive, Workforce Australia, DES, TTW) or a call centre environment is highly regarded.
