Global Skills is currently seeking a Customer Support Officer based at our Liverpool Office .

Some of the Customer Support Officer duties include:

  • Greeting job seekers upon their arrival
  • Assisting job seekers with scheduling appointments, job search, and any general enquiries
  • Assisting the team with administrative duties as required

Successful candidates for these roles will:

  • Share our commitment to providing the highest standard of customer service
  • Have a passion for helping others and making a difference
  • Possess exceptional communication skills and an ability to build rapport
  • Possess good administrative and computer skills
  • Take pride in assisting customers and helping resolve queries in a first point of contact role
  • Be willing to provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check, Working with Children Check and other checks as deemed necessary
  • Be eligible to work in Australia
  • Be expected to comply with all Information Security and Privacy requirements
  • Experience in Employment Services (jobactive, Workforce Australia, DES, TTW) or a call centre environment is highly regarded.
