Description:
- Contribute to the end-to-end delivery of complex technology solutions.
- Contribute to establishing many of these new practices and processes, this includes the full aspect of the development lifecycle from the early design through to the build and run functions.
- Identifying and harnessing the underlying technology and tools for wider use in the organisation as part of client' digital transformation.
- Work as part of a team that will take ownership of some newly created digital assets and will be responsible for their running and ongoing development and maintenance of applications that will be utilising modern architectures and hosted in the cloud.
- Plan and maintain product backlog in collaboration with product owners and delivery team
- Contribute to establishing many of these new practices and processes, this includes the full aspect of the development lifecycle from the early design through to the build and run functions.
- An understanding of key software practices and the strategic implications to the business e.g. DevOps, cross functional teams and continuous delivery.
- Document workstream progress through status reports (e.g. leveraging combination of tools such as Jira and Excel), roadmap reporting and reporting key metrics such as velocity.
- Must have proven experience in agile delivery/ scrum master, coaching and mentoring the team with limited exposure to agile; knowledge and experience using different ways of working to achieve outcomes.
- An understanding of key software practices and the strategic implications to the business e.g. DevOps, cross functional teams and continuous delivery.
- Must have proven experience in project/ program environments.
- Experienced supporting teams and organisations moving from a traditional waterfall methodology to an agile environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable in both demonstrating leadership and being part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to the project/application stakeholders
- Relevant Business or IT tertiary education.
- Relevant agile certification (e.g. from PMI, Scrum Alliance).
- Strong problem-solving skills using a methodical approach.

- Flexible, co-operative and resilient
- Minimum of five to seven years' experience in a similar role, particularly in environments with limited prior agile exposure.
- Relevant agile certification (e.g. from PMI, Scrum Alliance).
