The Role
As Senior Brand & Creative Manager at Oroton, you will be an important guardian of our brand while overseeing the creative execution that brings it to life. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer and in partnership with the Creative Director, this role is critical in defining and evolving our brand positioning, aligning with business objectives and leading our in-house creative agency to translate brand strategy into compelling campaigns.
This role is ideal for a strategic brand leader with creative acumen who can ensure every touchpoint authentically represents Oroton’s brand values and resonates with our luxury fashion and accessories customers. Leading our small in-house team of content creators, this role is perfect for a candidate with agency experience who is adept at managing stakeholders and delivering exceptional outcomes on time, and on budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as brand guardian, responsible for all creative work, ensuring outputs meet Oroton’s brand guidelines and strategic plan
- Work closely with Design Teams to develop compelling narratives for each campaign including brand, new season launches and capsule collections
- Oversee the planning and execution of creative assets for campaigns across our owned, earned and paid channels to enhance brand presence, drive customer engagement and build brand loyalty
- Lead end-to-end creative execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Guide the PR strategy for seasonal collection launches, brand collaborations, and special initiatives
- Analyse cost-effectiveness of different creative approaches and implement cost-effective creative production without compromising brand quality
What we are looking for:
The successful person in this role will live and breathe the ethos of Oroton, and will demonstrate the following:
- Tertiary education in a creative field – fashion, design, graphics or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ experience in creative leadership roles, preferably in luxury fashion or premium retail
- Proven track record developing and executing multi-channel creative campaigns
- Expertise in both digital and traditional media creative production
- A considered approach to stakeholder management and engaging the relevant teams for various initiatives
- Deep understanding of brand positioning and visual storytelling
- Ability to handle high volume work load with exceptional time management and problem-solving skills
- Leadership skills that nurture creative talent and provide growth opportunities
