Seeking Service & Repairs Advisor for Full-Time Employment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls
• Plan and schedule customer service request
• Providing quotes for vehicle service and repair
• Process job cards, orders, invoices, and payments
• Assess customer needs and concerns, then liaise with technicians
• Advising customers on solutions to issues with equipment and making recommendations on the best outcome
• Ensure stock levels are sufficient to maintain productivity levels
• Co-ordinate service work to achieve commitments made to customers
• Explain necessity of any additional work and gain customer approval
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers
Candidate Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, applicants must:
• Be willing to work a 38-hour week plus limited overtime as required
• Have 5 years experience in a similar role (truck/trailer/automotive)
• Developed knowledge of the heavy vehicle transport industry is desirable
• Self-motivated and able to work independently as required
• Good collaboration & organisational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible
• Dedicated to maintaining and promoting safe work practices
