The Opportunity
We are seeking diligent and professional Security Officers to join our team as Event Security for a range of exciting upcoming events across the Newcastle and Hunter Region. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring venue safety, managing crowd behaviour, and ensuring compliance with responsible service of alcohol (RSA) regulations. Your primary goal will be to create a secure and welcoming environment for both patrons and staff, contributing to the overall success of each event.
Additionally, we provide opportunities for individuals seeking extra hours to work at licensed venues and registered clubs. For the right candidate, there is the potential to secure 30 or more hours of work per week.

Role Requirements
- Valid Security Licence Class 1A (Previously 1AC)
- Valid Provide First Aid Certificate
- Valid RSA Competency Card (for crowd control roles)
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport
- Availability to work weekends, mainly afternoons/nights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail
