My Community Pharmacy is looking for a full-time pharmacist to join a dynamic and progressive multidisciplinary team. The pharmacy has a strong healthcare focus with an emphasis on service delivery
You will be working in an exciting state-of-the art pharmacy with excellent systems and processes. You will have an opportunity to be supported with continuing professional development and learn in a supportive team environment.
Services provided in the pharmacy
– Vaccinations
– Professional services including nutrition, weight loss, health coaching, diabetes support, leave certificates, spirometry, depot buprenorphine injections, other injectable medicines, nicotine replacement
– Opioid replacement
– Nursing and group home management including DAAs
In order to be considered for the position you will need
Current pharmacist registration without restrictions from AHPRA
Highly developed communication and organisational skills.
Current professional indemnity insurance
A passion for health and innovative practice
Flexibility with working hours and availability to work alternate weekends
Committment to professional development and a strong work ethic
Ability to work as part of a team
Helpful experience
Z dispense and office software
Webstercare software including medspro
Compounding
Nursing home management
Immunisation accreditation
Opioid substitution including injections
Salary is well above award and would suit a pharmacist looking to transition from a hospital setting. A part-time position would be considered for a suitable applicant.
