The Opportunity

This is a 12-month maternity cover position, with the potential for a 6-month extension. You will have ownership of a portfolio of clients and be responsible for all associated duties. Tailored for individuals with a sharp eye for detail, adept at fostering connections, and genuinely committed to delivering exceptional customer service, you will play a vital role in overseeing the review and seamless flow of information back to our valued customers.

About You

This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, organised environment. While experience in financial services is a plus, it’s not required—this position offers a fantastic entry point for those eager to learn. With structured, documented, and supportive training, you’ll be equipped to collaborate with some of the country’s leading brands, all while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic industry.

The core hours are between 9:00am – 5:00pm.

Your responsibilities:

  • For your designated portfolio you will be required to:
  • Co-ordinate our field agents to ensure files are actioned within internal and external guidelines and procedures and in accordance with relevant legislation;
  • Utilise our in house file management database to enter client instructions, update progress of files and generate reports and invoices;
  • Liaise with clients and field agents via telephone and email;
  • Provide exemplary customer service to our clients and achieve the best possible outcomes;
  • Provide support to other department staff as required;
  • Strictly observe confidentiality and at all times, comply with the company’s Privacy Policy and other privacy related policies and procedures.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2 years’ experience within a fast paced administrative environment (medical, legal, construction, etc.);
  • Experience in delivering work with a high attention to detail;
  • Outstanding client service and communication skills (written & verbal);
  • An ability to manage your own time;
  • An ability to deal sensitively and professionally with clients and third parties; and
  • Professional, positive and ethical attitude.
