About the Role

As a Candidate Experience Consultant, you’ll be the face of Davidson for our candidates, delivering outstanding customer service while upholding our brand’s reputation. This role is all about creating a seamless and positive journey for candidates, building a professional profile known for excellence, and collaborating with Recruitment Consultants to share best practices across the board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement strategies to elevate the candidate experience, ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.
  • Champion the Davidson brand, making sure all candidate interactions reflect our values and reputation.
  • Collaborate closely with Recruitment Consultants, sharing insights and best practices to ensure consistency and excellence across the organization.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, creating a network of satisfied and engaged individuals.
  • Continuously refine candidate experience processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in customer experience to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Provide regular reports on candidate experience metrics, using feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics like satisfaction scores and time-to-hire.
  • Leverage technology and tools, from applicant tracking systems to virtual interviewing platforms, to enhance the candidate journey.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record in improving candidate experience and implementing process improvements.
  • Experience with recruitment technologies and tools, such as ATS and CRM systems.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute strategies that enhance the candidate experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to drive improvements based on feedback, metrics, and process evaluations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal savvy to build relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
  • Deep understanding of candidate needs and expectations, with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and enhance the candidate journey.
  • An understanding of diverse candidate backgrounds and a commitment to creating an inclusive hiring process.
  • IT proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • A can-do attitude with a passion for learning and growth.
