They are seeking a dedicated Support Officer to help ensure their operations run smoothly, while delivering outstanding service to their clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue quotes with precision and efficiency.
- Prepare broker accreditation documents.
- Liaise with insurance brokers to provide timely support and guidance.
- Respond professionally and efficiently to customer and broker inquiries.
- Assist brokers and customers with processing Premium Funding applications.
- Maintain accurate records and generate reports as required.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in finance, insurance, or customer service is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- A proactive and team-oriented approach to work.
- Full working rights must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.
