About the Role
As an Internal Sales Representative, you’ll be at the heart of our business, connecting our solutions to customers across construction markets. You’ll work closely with our Territory Managers and existing support team, ensuring seamless processes and relentless follow-through to keep customers coming back.
Your Mission:
• Own the sales process – from quote to close, ensuring we’re the easiest and most reliable partner for our customers.
• Serve as the expert bridge between customers and our production team, ensuring orders are accurate, timely, and exceed expectations.
• Drive proactive campaigns, turning leads into loyal clients through energy and exceptional communication.
• Upsell and cross-sell with a sharp eye for opportunities that help customers win.
