Description:
- Conduct in-depth research into client R&D projects, core and supporting activities, and related expenditure.
- Facilitate R&D workshops and coordinate with clients to gather necessary information for claims preparation.
- Ensure claims meet legislative requirements with support from the R&D Manager (RDM).
- Prepare and submit R&D Reports, Financial Workpapers, and Close-Out Letters for review.
- Oversee client project management, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication.
- Advise clients on R&D tax requirements and offer recommendations for system improvements to optimise claiming and compliance.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with internal systems.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in R&D claims preparation or a related field.
- Proven knowledge of R&D legislation and compliance standards.
- Strong client management and customer service skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance, commerce, or a technical field.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
- Dual qualifications in accounting/finance and a technical discipline (desirable).
- Familiarity with project management principles and tools (desirable).
