Along the way, we’re always staying up to date with the latest and most effective solar panels and energy-saving products. Being local, we also understand the unique Tassie climate and the way local people use their energy. This also means that you are always dealing with a local person, in person or not too far away.
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to formulate marketing strategies, plan promotional campaigns, and expand marketing channels to further improve customer loyalty, open up the brand market and drive business conversion.
Responsibilities of the role include:
- Stay updated on market trends and actively conduct research and analysis on the energy-saving product market. Based on research results, market demands, as well as the company and department strategic objectives, develop corresponding marketing strategies and implementation plans.
- Tailor and organize marketing initiatives to meet customers’ needs and preferences, and utilize appropriate channels such as email and social media to appeal to target audience.
- Gather data on competitors in the same field and provide effective suggestions regarding the company’s product portfolio, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with team members to generate creative ideas for promotional events and campaigns.
- Engage with customers to promptly address their feedback, foster strong collaborative relationships, build customer loyalty and seek new marketing opportunities.
To be successful in this position, you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree (or above)
- About 3 years’ working experience in related fields
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions based on findings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management ability
