- Oversee employee relations, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing staff satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain performance management systems to motivate employees towards achieving their best individual and team outcomes.
- Provide expert guidance on policies, procedures, and training & development programs.
【Requirements】
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment and employee development.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of personnel.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to thrive in a multitasking environment.
