Position Details- Schedule : 3 days per week (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

- Rotating Saturdays (9 AM - 2 PM) and extra days to cover sick/annual leave
- Flexible casual or part-time option available to suit your lifestyle.

Experience : Retail or health related background preferred; optical experience is ideal, but we also welcome individuals looking to start a career in optics with opportunities for growth and development.

Customer service and communication

Appointment booking & triage

Handling inquiries (phone and in person)

Frame adjustments, repairs, and troubleshooting

Basic computer operations and money handling
