- Develop and implement comprehensive IT strategies that support organizational objectives and enhance business performance
- Collaborate with senior management to assess current IT capabilities and identify areas for improvement
- Conduct market research and impact analyses to inform strategic decision-making
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive technology initiatives and ensure alignment with business needs
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions
- Prepare and present strategic reports and recommendations to executives and stakeholders
- Evaluate and manage IT investments to ensure maximum return on investment
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as an IT Strategy Manager or in a similar strategic role
- Strong background in IT management, project management, and strategic planning
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation capabilities with a focus on stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence senior leadership
- Certifications related to IT governance or strategic management (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, or PMP) are an advantage
