The Opportunity
The role of Quality & Compliance Officer has responsibility for undertaking REPS, PDRS, VEU and ESS submissions, providing quality assurance services and procedures, manage customer data and activities to ensure compliance.
The position will require the incumbent to gain a solid understanding of the state-based energy efficiency Code and Regulations for South Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. On the job training will be provided to build knowledge and gain confidence to produce monthly performance dashboards, on-going improvements, provision of advice and support to the entire MAC team to ensure customer contracted targets are achieved. This role works closely with the customer service team to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and ensure that the MAC remains at the forefront of quality, innovation, generosity and sustainability.
Key areas of Responsibility
• Provide advice and support to team members and on Energy Efficiency Code(s) requirements.
• Review and coordinate data and documentation submissions in accordance with best practice.
• Comprehensive compliance checks on data and documentation submitted on installations.
• Raise, investigate and resolve quality and compliance issues.
