About the role

As the Member Services Coordinator , you’ll be at the heart of our South Australian Branch, making sure our members feel valued, engaged, and part of a thriving professional community. You’ll plan and run fantastic events, keep our members informed and connected, and provide top-notch customer service—all while bringing your own unique energy and ideas to the team!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Event planning & coordination – Design and deliver exciting events that bring our members together.
  • Engagement & communication – Keep members in the loop through newsletters, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Member support – Onboard new members, assist with inquiries, and ensure they get the most out of their membership.
  • Admin & organisation – Maintain records, coordinate sponsorships, and support branch operations.

What makes you a perfect fit?

  • A natural communicator who loves engaging with people.
  • Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.
  • Experience in events, customer service, or administration.
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable using social media, email marketing, and CRM systems.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
