We are currently seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Wetherill Park team and drive operational excellence.
About the Role
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations, stock control, customer service, and team leadership within our Wetherill Park branch. Your ability to manage front-line operations efficiently while maintaining high service standards will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
• Provide exceptional service to customers in person, over the phone, and electronically.
• Identify and recommend additional products to meet customer needs.
• Ensure EFTPOS and credit card transactions are processed securely and accurately.
• Maintain strong communication with the Sales & Technical Teams, customers, and other branches.
Branch Operations & Logistics
• Oversee order processing, pick and pack operations, and timely dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate and schedule routine deliveries and driver runs.
• Maintain stock integrity and oversee inventory control, bin locations, and stock levels.
• Participate in inventory counts, spot checks, and backorder management.
Leadership & Business Growth
• Maintain and drive the sales and profitability of the branch.
• Foster a positive and professional team culture, ensuring high levels of morale and service.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members, supporting their development.
• Ensure compliance with Work Health & Safety (WH&S) policies and provide a safe workplace.
What You Need to Succeed
• Automotive background and/or automotive refinishing trade qualification with at least 8 years’ experience.
• Forklift licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach.
• Experience in trade, industrial sales, wholesale, or workshop operations.
• Knowledge of WH&S regulations.
• A valid NSW Driver’s Licence with a clear record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism.
