The primary purpose of the Account Manager is to provide the highest levels of customer service to HCPs and key stakeholders in the Hospital Pharmacy and Aged care environment in WA, SA and NT
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive working relationships & networks with HCPs and their medical and supporting administrative staff
- Successfully executing in-field visits with customers based on the territory plan, efficient journey plans, and call cycle and frequency KPIs and as agreed with management.
- Identify, engage, and mobilise key opinion leaders in therapeutic indication or disease state
- Increase sales by leveraging the customer insights identified to provide solutions aligned with customer objectives and brand objectives
- Demonstrating business acumen, market and scientific knowledge, and ability to make tactical decisions and choices to increase sales in the territory
Key Requirements
- Experienced in Health care or pharmaceutical environment.
- Experience working in specialised disease states Diabetes.
- Understanding of the Hospital and Pharmacy landscape with a focus on the
- Be a highly successful professional, with a track record demonstrating consistent results and exceptional working relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Have high integrity, be accountable for your performance, and motivated by the success of the team as much as your own results
- Tertiary qualifications are preferred.
