Job Description
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Weekly and monthly forecasting. Daily/intra-day forecasting as required including imbalance forecasting.
- Provide support to Commercial Operations for gas scheduling and lifting management.
- Generate daily and short term production plan for Waitsia including daily up to annual plans, to ensure the asset achieves the business target while meeting operational, regulatory and commercial requirements.
- Participate in on-call rosters for emergency response and production support.
- Generate and issue monthly reports e.g. Accounting and Finance, Tax, DEMIRS, JV etc.
- Ensure QC/QA of all production related data and reporting.
- Conduct HC accounting, production allocation and reporting for all internal and external stakeholders.
- HC accounting and production/emission reporting.
- Ensure effective integration collaboration, and communication with various stakeholders in undertaking the above responsibilities – operations, commercial, D&C and external parties.

To be successful in this role, you’ll require the following skills and experience:
- Engineering or Science degree highly regarded.
- Industry experience (5+ years) in Oil and Gas Production / Operations, with exposure to Production data management and strong demonstrable interface management experience.
- Experience in interfacing with commercial and/or demonstrable awareness in commercial aspects of the gas field development and operation.
- Analytical & methodical approach to technical tasks and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, high attention to detail and a can-do attitude.
