Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the application process from start to finish, ensuring timely tracking and monitoring of files.
- Identify potential issues and resolve them promptly, gathering necessary information from clients or relevant parties.
- Maintain regular communication with the Home Loan Expert and clients throughout the application journey.
- Oversee the settlement process and ensure all post-settlement activities are efficiently handled while keeping our CRM updated.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, offering professional and courteous service.
- Prepare, manage, and submit accurate loan applications and compliance documentation in line with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate data in the internal customer database to ensure that information is up-to-date.
Requirements/Experience:
- Prior experience in financial services, particularly in mortgage broking, lending, or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated background in customer-facing roles with a proven ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Familiarity with home loan application processes, lender requirements, and settlement procedures is advantageous.
- Experience using CRMs or relevant systems for client data management is preferred.
Skills:
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, lenders, and team members.
- Meticulous attention to detail to manage loan applications and compliance documentation accurately.
- A proactive problem-solver who can identify and resolve issues promptly to ensure a smooth application process.
