About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to support the implementation of identity projects within this organisations Cyber Uplift Program. This is an initial 12-month contract with a highly likely chance of extending. This role focuses on designing, implementing and managing identity technologies, specifically within the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform. Reporting to the Cyber Security Program Manager, the role involves working with various teams within the Cyber Security Uplift Program (CUP).

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM) platform, integrating it with identity platforms like IGA and IAM;
- Develop an implementation roadmap for the CyberArk Privileged Cloud (PCloud) platform;
- Serve as the technical authority for CyberArk PAM implementation across multiple teams;
- Collaborate with the Cyber Security Domain Architect to develop identity roadmaps and solutions;
- Provide hands-on configuration, engineering and management of identity platforms;
- Lead the integration of identity solutions with network and endpoint systems, aligning with Zero Trust principles;
- Oversee the day-to-day technical management of identity engineers and implementation partners;
- Contribute to the development and endorsement of the identity operating model; and
- Ensure all identity solutions are implemented according to security best practices and industry standards.
- Significant experience in the Identity domain, with a focus on PAM, IGA and IAM;
- At least 2 years' experience in end-to-end implementation of CyberArk PCloud solutions (CyberArk certification preferred);
- Strong knowledge of security standards including NIST, Essential 8, ASD ISM and Zero Trust principles;
- Experience working within large, complex organisations, particularly in regulated environments such as utilities or energy sectors;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory and Entra ID; and
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with CyberArk Self-Hosted platform; and
- Familiarity with SailPoint (IdentityIQ, Identity Security Cloud) and Ping Identity technologies.
Fully remote work is available for candidates based in NSW and Victoria, with travel required to Brisbane for induction and once a month for 3 days. Travel, accommodation and related expenses are covered.
Brisbane-based candidates are expected to work onsite at the office 3 days per week.
