This growing firm is looking for an experienced Mortgage Broker to join their Maroochydore office. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Provide expert mortgage advice tailored to individual client needs
• Assess your clients’ financial situations and recommend suitable lending solutions
• Manage the end-to-end home loan application process
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and referral partners
• Stay up to date with lending policies, industry trends, and compliance regulations
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide seamless client experience

We are looking for someone with:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker of Lending Specialist
• Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (Diploma highly regarded but not essential)
• Strong knowledge of lending products, credit policies, and industry regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, client-first approach with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
