As a Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring properties affected by water, fire, and mould damage, ensuring they are safe, functional, and looking their best.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform extraction, cleaning, sanitization, and structural demolition.
- Attend to water, fire, and mould-affected properties, initiating mitigation processes.
- Monitor and document progressive restoration efforts.
- Work closely with fellow technicians and the Restoration Manager.
- Communicate daily with admin operations regarding job updates, reports, and equipment billing.
- Complete timesheets, worksheets, and administrative tasks using internal system programs.
- Adhere to legislative and WHS requirements.
- Perform general manual labour, including frequent driving.
Requirements:
- IICRC WRT qualification (or relevant experience).
- Previous restoration experience preferred.
- Strong communication and technology skills (e.g., Encircle, email, and reports).
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A customer-focused mindset with an empathetic approach.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and within a team.
- Full car license required.
