Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Payable Officer to work in an established construction company in Sydney for a Maternity leave cover

This role will go for 4-6 months and is open to working holiday visas. This will be full time hours so unfortunately is not open to student visas.
The Role:
- End-to-end management of Accounts Payable
- Setting up new suppliers
- Seeking invoice approvals
- Enter purchase orders into system
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Generating payment runs weekly and end of month
- Account and credit card reconciliation
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience within an Accounts Payable position
- Working knowledge of large ERP systems and MS Excel
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
