About the role
We are looking for an engaged and inspiring Customer Experience Specialist to join our Essendon Outlet team. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You’ll assist customers in finding their perfect pieces while maintaining a high-energy, welcoming environment. With a focus on sales and inventory management, you’ll manage high-volume stock, ensuring products are well-organised and readily available. Your attention to detail and passion for customer satisfaction will help elevate the brand and drive success in every interaction.
This role is a permanent part-time position offering 25 hours per week – you will need availability across both weekdays and weekends and late night trade as required.

- Driving visual excellence: Work alongside the team to ensure the store is always visually appealing, executing merchandising strategies and product displays to attract customers.
- Strategising and collaborating: Partner with the management team to develop and implement strategies focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, sales, and store performance.

- A proven track record of working as part of a retail team, hitting the bulls-eye on KPIs, and smashing store targets.
- High attention to detail and proven clienteling experience.
