Eligibility Criteria:
To be considered eligible to become a Graduate Officer, you must meet the following criteria:
- Availability : Apply for our 2025 mid-year and February 2026 intakes.
- Location : You will be working within metropolitan Adelaide, with many positions located in the Adelaide CBD.
- Qualifications : You must have completed an undergraduate or post graduate Australian University qualification in 2022 or later, or you will have completed a qualification before your commencement date in a Graduate Officer role.
Preferred disciplines include accounting, business, commerce, law, economics, finance, marketing, procurement, social policy, supply chain/logistics and related disciplines.
A Certificate IV or Diploma in Procurement and Contracting will also be accepted for the procurement career pathway.
- History : You must not have received a Targeted Voluntary Separation Package from the SA public sector within the last 12 months.
- Background Check : You must be willing to undergo relevant criminal history check(s) and receive clearance to meet the required entry standards.
- Visa Holders : You must hold a VISA with acceptable work conditions from the commencement date of your employment.
- Employment Conditions : You must meet all other employment conditions, including the ability to travel independently to and from the workplace, training sites, and other sites as required, and some out-of-hours work may be required.
Current Salary:
Year 1: ASO3: $67,589 per annum, plus 11.5% employer super contributions
Year 2: ASO4: $76,561 per annum, plus 11.5% employer super contributions
Graduate roles start at ASO3. International students will initially be offered a temporary contract with the option to transition to an ongoing role once they have secured permanent residency. All graduates have the opportunity to transition to the ASO4 level after 12 months upon successful completion of the program.
