About the Business
Our Communications and Engagement team provide services and advice across a range of areas, including internal and external promotions, media and risk management, sector and stakeholder engagement, events, social media, graphic and multimedia design, website and intranet content.
Role Details
The Communications Manager – Disability Services is a role within the Office of the Chief Executive and Governance and is accountable to the Director, Communications and Engagement for:
• Providing leadership in the Disability Services Communications team and contributing to a high level of communications and change support for the Disability Services Division of the department.
• Leading and managing the development and implementation of the strategic communications of the Disability Services Division, aligned with the department’s Public Affairs approach.
• Managing timely and accurate communications, promotional and marketing activities and change activities and objectives through a variety of communication, marketing and change channels.
• Providing high-level, expert strategic communications and change advice and services to a range of internal and external stakeholders, relevant to the Disability Services Division.
Special Conditions
National Police Check required.
Some out of hours work may be required.
Some interstate and intrastate travel may be required.
Must hold a current Australian issued driver’s licence (equivalent to minimum class C).
Role Status: Term up to 09/04/2027
Salary Range: $121,107-$125,679 (ASO8)
