About the opportunity:
Position: Clinical Nurse
Vacancy: Casual – 5 x positions available
Location: BreastScreen Qld, Garbutt
The purpose of the Clinical Nurse is to provide clinical expertise, support and education to clients attending the BreastScreen service.

Casual rates of $68.06 to $72.87 p.h. (NG6-1)

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification is mandatory for this position.
- Appointment to this position requires proof of qualification and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA).
- Adult Life Support certificate: Must be able to obtain and then maintain an annual competency in Advanced Life Support as per THHSCLI040151 Life Support Training and Assessment ( https://qheps.health.qld.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0038/475778/thhscli040151.pdf )
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role. Hepatitis A/B, Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Pertussis and Tuberculosis.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted including criminal history clearance.
