Marketing & Design Coordinator (1-Year Contract, Potential for Extension) – ADP Consulting
Are you a creative and detail-oriented marketing professional with a passion for branding, design, and marketing? ADP Consulting is looking for a Marketing & Design Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension.

About the Role
As a Marketing & Design Coordinator, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies, managing brand identity, and producing high-quality graphic and digital content. This role requires a mix of marketing coordination, content creation, and graphic design expertise.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Content Creation & Editing – Develop engaging content for marketing campaigns, award submissions, project descriptions, and internal communications.
✅ Graphic Design – Design and produce marketing materials, corporate templates, social media content, and digital/print assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
✅ Social Media & Digital Presence – Manage and schedule content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and the company website to enhance brand visibility.
✅ Brand Management – Assist with the implementation of ADP’s brand identity across corporate communications and marketing materials (including all templates)
✅ Event & Campaign Suppor t – Support marketing campaigns and client engagement initiatives to drive brand awareness.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years’ experience in marketing, communications, or graphic design.
Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Excellent writing, editing, and content creation abilities.
Experience managing social media platforms and digital content.
Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A keen eye for detail, creativity, and brand consistency.
