Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner. The Plant Operator will work closely with other team members to ensure that production targets are met and that all equipment is functioning properly.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor equipment performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure that production targets are met
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating and maintaining machinery and equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed
