THE DAY-TO-DAY

As a Direct Sales Consultant, you’ll use your sales skills to guide our customers through our loan application process.

This includes and is not limited to:

  • Bringing your A-game to every call! With your outstanding telephone etiquette and knack for building rapport, you’ll be able to make our clients feel like you’re right there in the room with them – even though all of our services are conducted over the phone.
  • Understanding our clients’ loan purpose, income and expense positions, and bank statements
  • Submitting applications within Finance One’s credit policy to our internal credit team for approval
  • Converting finance approvals and sales opportunities into personal and vehicle loans for clients
  • Building long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients and assisting them in meeting their financial requirements
  • Meeting monthly sales targets and KPIs

WHAT DO YOU NEED?

  • Sales Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a sales environment, whether in-person or within a call centre.
  • Sales Process Expertise : A solid sales foundation with the ability to articulate and master your sales process.
  • Financial Services Background: Experience in financial services is a plus, though we value raw talent and ambition just as highly!
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • Multitasking Skills: Comfort working in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks with ease.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to engage and influence.
