Requirements:
- Proven Sales & Business Development Expertise - 5+ years in structural steel or steel fabrication sales.
- Industry Knowledge - Strong understanding of steel fabrication processes, design, and small-scale structures.
- Revenue-Driven Mindset - Track record of winning new business and growing revenue.
- Relationship Builder - Skilled in engaging builders, project managers, and key decision-makers.
- Solution Selling & Tender Management - Ability to sell value over price and manage tenders effectively.
