Sales Associate / Cadet

This is a unique and excellent opportunity for a Sales Associate or a Sales Cadet to join an upmarket, boutique agency within one of Brisbane's most sort after locations.

As a boutique agency, you will have the unique opportunity to work right alongside the selling Principal, learning the fundamentals of executive inner city sales.
A business involved in all aspects of real estate, including 'off the plan' sales, this is an awesome opportunity for an aspiring sales professional to kick start their career in the best way possible.
Duties will include:

• Cold calling & door knocking
  
• Conducting open for inspections
  
• Handling buyer enquiries
  
• Attending appraisals
  
• Organising marketing campaigns
  
• Managing vendors and buyer enquiries
  
• Coordinating marketing initiatives
  

Requirements

• Have some exposure to real estate - sales, administration or property management
  
• Any previous, direct sales experience will be highly regarded
• Hold a current QLD Real Estate Certificate
  
• Own car and current driving license
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• High energy and a passionate about real estate
  
• Reside close to central Brisbane
  
• Be comfortable working Saturdays
