About the Role
Preferably with experience in installation of screens, blinds, shutters, and curtains, although training will be provided. Our team will work closely with you to train you in these areas and to pass on their many years of knowledge and experience in the industry. Our business is growing rapidly, and we are seeking a confident and energetic person to join our team.
Duties Include (but not limited to)
- Fitting/removal of hinged and sliding doors
- Fitting/Removal of window screens
- Understanding of job sheets
- Handling/installing aluminium extrusions
- Installation of awnings, shutters and curtains
About You
- Self motivated
- Ideally with experience in window furnishings
- Some understanding of Construction techniques as it applies to the installation of indoor and outdoor window furnishings
- A positive attitude
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- First Class communication skills
- Professional presentation
- Excellent time management
- Be reliable and hardworking
- Experience with power and hand tools (desirable)
- Ability to work unsupervised, also with others in a team environment
- A friendly, yet confident personality
- Valid Open Drivers Licence
